
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh coriander
2 spring onions (sliced)
1 carrot (grated)
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (or a few drops of lemon essential oil)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup oats
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp ground flaxseed
salt + pepper to taste
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180C
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until mixture forms a coarse sand-like consitency (add more oil if mixture is too dry)
Line a baking tray with baking paper and make golf ball shaped balls with the mixture, then press down into patties using a fork.
Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes
