You can probably find a million similar recipes on Pinterest, but this is how I make them and they win every time.
1 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
Slice the bananas in half and stick a skewer in the flat end.
Lay on a sheet of baking paper and store in freezer.
In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup until smooth.
Take the bananas out of the freezer and dip each one into the chocolate mix to coat completely. Sit them back on the baking paper until the chocolate sets and then dip again in the chocolate. Sprinkle with toppings and then leave in freezer until you want to eat them.
